Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is a state-of-the-art facility providing long term and short term stay is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
  • Medication Administration, including IVs.
  • Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current License-LPN

Salary: up to $40/hour
