Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Sales Support Advisor (SSA) plays a critical role in elevating the end-to-end client experience across both Front of House and Back of House.
In close partnership with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams, the SSA ensures seamless execution across all touchpoints-supporting service excellence, operational precision, and brand standards.
As a true ambassador of Moncler, the SSA embodies Brand Values and the Client Promise, delivering a refined, personalized, and efficient experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Your Impact
Client Experience
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and store objectives through consistent, high-quality support.
• Welcome and engage every client, ensuring a warm, elevated, and seamless experience.
• Build meaningful client connections, supporting relationship development and long-term loyalty.
• Ensure accurate and complete client data capture through Enrichment at every transaction.
• Partner with Store Management, Client Advisors, and wholesale partners (e.g., Saks) to deliver best-in-class service.
• Proactively retrieve and deliver product from BOH to FOH, enabling efficient and fluid selling.
• Act as a point of contact for product care services, including ticket creation and follow-through.
• Continuously develop expertise in brand storytelling, product knowledge, and operational processes.
Operations & Visual Excellence
• Support the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store environment reflects Moncler's elevated aesthetic.
• Assist with inventory preparation and execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain BOH organization and support product flow, replenishment, and go-backs with precision.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence across all store activities.
Professional Conduct & Teamwork
• Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Uphold Moncler standards in grooming, behavior, and professionalism at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset in support of store priorities.

Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or highly client-centric environment.
• Hospitality or service-oriented experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20 to $22 per hour.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for a variable compensation incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 7 paid holidays, accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time, 4 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
