What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This isn’t a desk job — it’s a mission. You’ll be on the front lines of the recovery journey, supporting clients as they work through early sobriety and reconnect with hope.

You’ll:

  • Facilitate 1:1 recovery sessions and guide clients through the 12-Step process and Nova’s curriculum.

  • Be a steady, reliable presence — someone clients can trust and look up to.

Who You Are

You're more than qualified if you:

  • Are passionate about recovery, experienced and grounded in 12-Step principles.

  • Communicate clearly, listen actively, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Have solid boundaries and a strong ethical compass.

  • Are detail-oriented and comfortable with basic technology (Windows systems).

  • Have experience in a treatment setting or personal recovery.

  • Can travel occasionally to other Nova locations in Texas, if needed.

Pay + Benefits

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (Full-Time, Hourly)

Nova takes care of its people — because great care starts with great staff.

Full-Time Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental + Vision Insurance

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 5.85 hours per pay period after probationary period

  • Career Growth in recovery and behavioral health

  • Supportive Team Culture where your voice is valued
