This role is ideal for those individuals with a strong background in indirect auto finance territory management, showcasing their ability to drive results and foster lasting client relationships **Only experienced candidates who live in the Austin, Texas area will be considered. **
Position Summary:
As a Relationship Manager at SAFCO, you'll collaborate closely with the Regional Relationship Manager to implement strategic marketing initiatives within our Austin territory. Your primary focus will involve engaging with current and potential dealer partners, generating new loan applications, and maintaining strong business relationships within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities for this position include:
  • Travel extensively, identifying and engaging potential dealership partners, and presenting SAFCO's credit programs effectively.
  • Make compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of SAFCO's finance programs to prospective dealer partners.
  • Nurture existing dealer partner relationships by providing regular follow-ups and documenting interactions via SalesForce.
  • Strategically target non-active dealerships in major markets, devising plans to establish beneficial business relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create innovative marketing programs to expand SAFCO's market presence.
  • Provide comprehensive reports analyzing market trends, competitive analysis, and business factors within each pod of the territory.
Qualifications:
Skills amp; Abilities:
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise and strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales trends.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SalesForce CRM, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not mandatory.
Core Competencies:
  • Thorough understanding of SAFCO's business practices and industry knowledge.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and dealer partners.
  • Prior experience in coaching or mentoring preferred.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in indirect sales, meeting or surpassing sales targets.
