Saber Power Servicesย seeks a Compliance Administrator to support the Companyโ€™s IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) recordkeeping and reporting. This role will be based in our Houston office located on Space Center near Ellington Field.

JOB SUMMARY:

The IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of data related to the Inflation Reduction Actโ€™s recordkeeping and reporting requirements. This role involves managing large volumes of information regarding prevailing wages, registered apprenticeships, and compliance with federal regulations. This role requires frequent interfacing with the Owner or Ownerโ€™s Third-Party consultants to ensure mutual agreement on reporting and recordkeeping requirements. ย The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management software, and experience in a compliance-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ยทย Routinely interface with Owner Third-Party consultants to address and resolve concerns.

ยทย Elevate issues as needed to ensure appropriate executive oversight of issues that appear to be contrary to the requirements of the IRA compliance guidelines.

ยทย Accurately enter and update project-related data including labor hours, wage rates, and apprentice information into compliance tracking systems.

ยทย Maintain detailed records of subcontractor and contractor compliance with IRA reporting and recordkeeping requirements.

ยทย ย Ensure that all data entries meet the requirements outlined in the IRA Final Regulations.

ยทย ย Accurately enter supporting documents, including certified payroll records, fringe benefit statements, and apprentice certificates.

ยทย Systematically enter wage determinations and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive personally identifiable information (SPII) and personally identifiable information (PII).

ยทย Submit accurate compliance reports as required by the IRA, ensuring all documentation aligns with government mandates.

ยทย ย Coordinate with the Compliance Team to ensure timely submissions of all required documentation.

ยทย ย Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

ยทย ย High School Diploma, or equivalent

ยทย ย Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

ยทย ย Prior experience with IRA Compliance is preferred.

ยทย ย Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including strong Excel skills.

ยทย ย Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ยทย ย Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

ยทย ย Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

ยทย ย Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

ยทย ย Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
