Description
Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Maintenance Engineer III to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
  • Maintain the safe and efficient operation of the central plant including boiler, chillers, snowmelt, colling towers, fan coils, pumps and building automation systems.
  • Commercial HVAC systems experience preferred.
  • Industrial mechanic background preferred.
  • Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and plant related work activities.
  • Utilize the BAS system to keep accurate computerized records of activities, time, and materials required.
  • Performs shifts expectations completion and documentation including maintaining the engineering log.
  • Respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Assist with other Central Plant duties as assigned.

Location: Snowmass Village, CO
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $32 an hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8am to 5pm

Minimum Requirements
  • 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
  • Bilingual helpful but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
