Job Description

We're partnering with an established, technology-driven company that's looking for a Sales Recruiter to support hiring across its growing sales organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys hiring relationship-focused sales professionals and partnering closely with hiring managers to identify exceptional talent. The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate consultative selling skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust—not just sales metrics.

The anticipated duration of this project is about 3 months. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions from intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and interview strategy.
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen and interview candidates, evaluating both technical qualifications and critical soft skills.
  • Assess candidates for consultative selling ability, relationship-building, communication, and executive presence.
  • Provide market insights and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong organization and communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting Account Executives, Business Development professionals, or other customer-facing sales roles.
  • Proven ability to source passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Experience hiring candidates who manage relationship-driven or solution-based sales cycles.
  • Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.
