Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Auth0 is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to report to the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, Auth0 Product. This individual provides a wide array of operational, logistical, and project-related support to the Chief of Staff and Auth0 Product Leadership team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about fostering a high-performing product team through scalable solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Strategic Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for major product initiatives. Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively address blockers or escalations.
  • Learning, Development & Enablement: Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization. Embed product principles, facilitate ongoing education, and utilize feedback (surveys, interviews, performance metrics) to ensure content relevance. Optimize internal knowledge bases for a frictionless team experience. Drive cohesion across Okta by building and implementing scalable workflows that align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams. 

Product Org Communications & Cadences: Drive product communications within the Auth0 organization and with partners. This is inclusive of monthly newsletters, weekly team meetings, org all hands, etc. 

  • Operational Support & Optimization: Foster operational excellence for rhythms and processes.  Building internal documentation, enablement decks, and video assets to enhance communication clarity and engagement. Track, analyze, and optimize Product Ops programs by defining and managing performance metrics, collecting stakeholder feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements to drive responsiveness, alignment, and scalable growth.
  • Tooling Administration & Governance: Own administration and governance of core product tooling. From procurement through maintenance. Configure and update workflows, dashboards, integrations, and access controls; establish data hygiene standards and usage best practices; and partner with teams to ensure tooling remains reliable, scalable, and aligned to evolving team needs.
  • AI-Powered Workflow Automation: Proactively leverage modern AI tooling and LLMs to automate repetitive administrative tasks, design repeatable multi-step workflows, and streamline processes, reporting, etc. to maximize overall team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related function in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS product tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo, Heap, or comparable AI and analytics platforms)
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms to build automated processes, conduct rapid data analysis, and refine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead.
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively, set clear expectations, and drive timely execution
  • Strong command of collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Google, Lucid Chart, Slack) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented, with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and a desire to build scalable systems
  • Deep empathy for global teams and customers, and a track record of bridging business needs with product realities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex topics for diverse audiences across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
