SaaS Program Managers often work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-based software solutions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a SaaS program manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a SaaS Program Manager, you need strong project management skills, a solid understanding of SaaS business models, and experience leading cross-functional teams, often supported by a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Agile methodologies, as well as certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master, is highly valuable. As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for North America, you will own the strategic planning and execution of field marketing initiatives to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This role partners with global and regional marketing leaders, alliances, partners, business development, sales leadership, and industry and solution teams to ensure integrated demand generation across channels – digital, content syndication, email, events, webinars, association memberships and more. You will take end-to-end ownership of North America marketing campaigns, programs, and events supporting the CPG and Life Sciences verticals. You will help shape strategy and own budgets and KPIs.

What you will do:

  • Own the messaging, planning, launch and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including events, by collaborating with stakeholders across solution & industry marketing, supply advisory, digital marketing, creative teams, sales, BD, etc.
  • Own creative coordination, content support, campaign setup, and performance tracking of campaigns and programs.
  • Serve as the “face to the field” for CPG and Life Sciences GTM teams by aligning on priorities, driving engagement from Sales, BD, Inside Sales teams, and presenting regularly to these teams to ensure awareness of key marketing initiatives.
  • Influence global/regional priorities by surfacing market insights, performance analysis, and opportunities for scale and optimization.
  • Own program budgets, timelines, ROI analysis, forecasting, vendor/agency relationships, and program governance for North America field and partner marketing.
  • Build and execute tactic strategies across channels that align to campaign priorities, including organic and paid social, AEO, GEO, SEO, content syndication, blogs, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, and more.
  • Partner with global industry, product, strategy, and marketing teams to help ensure consistency and accuracy in product and value proposition messaging across regional programs and events.
  • Build knowledge of Blue Yonder’s client base, decision-making process, and ideal customer profile to support effective lead generation and campaign targeting.
  • Drive Blue Yonder’s association membership strategies ensuring GTM teams are engaged and getting the most value out of these investments.
  • Own program KPIs and measurement framework; analyze performance and iterate programs to maximize ROI and funnel conversion across stages.
  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement to align targets, drive pipeline velocity, and ensure effective lead routing, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional program governance: coordinate with product marketing, industry teams, digital, creative, demand operations, and legal/privacy where required.
  • Drive marketing automation, segmentation, and orchestration strategies to improve lead quality and conversion (coordination with marketing operations).
  • Present program strategies and performance to senior stakeholders and executive leadership; recommend investments and roadmap changes based on data-driven insights.
  • Represent Blue Yonder at industry events, partner summits, and customer forums as required.

What we are looking for:

  • 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in executing industry events/conference, demand generation, field marketing, and strategic program ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and budgets with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing best practices, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing programs
  • Experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, familiarity using automation, CRM, and AI marketing tools such as Jasper, Claude, Copilot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience with tools such as Wrike, 6Sense, Triblio, or Demandbase is a plus.
  • Strong analytics and measurement skills—experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, running cohort and funnel analysis, and iterating programs based on performance.
  • Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and influencing cross-functional roadmaps and investments.
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead complex programs and manage competing priorities.

  • Comfortable with marketing technology and CRM stacks (Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar); familiarity with ABM tools (6Sense, Demandbase, Triblio) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
