About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Asset Management transformations leveraging SAP S/4HANA. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, driving the strategic direction, architecture, and implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions that improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, maintenance execution, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes, S/4HANA architecture, and integration across the SAP digital core. Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Infrastructure is highly desired.

As a SaaS Solution Architect, you will bring your SaaS - and also non-SaaS - technology capabilities to architect solutions, converting business ambitions into Multi-Pillar SaaS architectures that enable agile, flexible and end-to-end business outcomes.  Steer the client thinking on business transformation, tuned to their needs, and applying the specific SaaS Solutions on a global scale. As SaaS Solutions architect, one must lead pursuits, group offerings and have a broad understanding of SaaS Solutions across multiple platforms and the way they can interwork to achieve business needs of clients. At group level, one should aggregate thinking, strategy and roadmap for collaborating and driving Capgemini goals at grouporSBU level. Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups and key partners such as SaaS product companies and complementary services providers.

Your Role
  • Lead SAP EAM solution strategy, roadmap development, and architecture design for complex business transformations.
  • Serve as the functional and solution architecture lead for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive and business stakeholder workshops to define future-state asset management processes and technology strategies.
  • Architect end-to-end SAP EAM solutions
  • Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and S/4HANA EAM innovations.
  • Provide leadership across project lifecycle activities including assessment, solution design, configuration guidance, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Define and govern solution architecture standards, integration strategies, data models, and security considerations.
  • Provide architectural guidance on SAP Business AI, Intelligent Asset Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), and future-state maintenance strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, proposal development, and executive presentations.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience.
  • 5+ years leading SAP EAM solution architecture and transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in SAP EAM business processes
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture, simplification items, and key innovations.
  • Experience developing enterprise architecture and target operating models for asset management organizations.
  • Expertise facilitating workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and executive-level stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns across the SAP landscape and third-party platforms.
  • Experience with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Mobile Solutions, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Fiori.
  • Knowledge of SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions including Asset Performance Management (APM) preferred.
  • Experience with Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, or other asset-intensive industries preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and related SAP certifications preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750- $340,750

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
