Job Summary:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career? Join our dynamic team as a SaaS Sales Development Representative! In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for OEC. You'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, conducting research, making outbound calls, and helping turn prospects into long-term clients. If you're motivated, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we want to hear from you! 

This is a Hybrid role working four 10-hour workdays (hours capped at 40 hours per week). The work schedule is 1 day remote (Monday or Friday) and 3 days onsite (Tues.-Thurs.). Work hours are 7:30am-5:30pm CST. Candidates must live within commuting distance to our office in Bee Cave, TX to be considered for this role. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Generate Leads: Proactively research and identify promising sales opportunities, reaching out to SMB collision repair shops via phone and email.
  2. Engage & Educate: Reach out to prospects, provide insightful product information, and foster meaningful conversations that spark interest.
  3. Set the Stage for Success: Coordinate introductory meetings and discovery calls with key decision-makers and nurture leads to become qualified sales prospects.
  4. Qualify & Pass Leads: Use a defined process to qualify leads, ensuring they meet specific criteria, and hand them off to the Account Executives.
  5. Utilize Research Tools: Leverage internal tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Outreach to discover potential clients and build a comprehensive account profile.
  6. Outbound Campaigns: Participate in exciting outbound campaigns to generate awareness about services, partnership opportunities, and promotions.
  7. Master the Solutions: Become a subject matter expert in our platforms RepairLogic and EstimateIQ, understand clients' needs, and pitch the value of our software solutions.
  8. Hit Targets: Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
  9. CRM Management: Keep customer accounts up to date in our customer relationship management (CRM) system - Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

Education:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Experience

Prior experience in transactional SaaS sales, prospecting, lead qualification, conducting discovery calls, cold calling potential leads, and demo appointment setting is strongly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
