  • SAP projects experience

  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar
  • Soft Skills: Good problem solver, ability to take complex technical ideas and break it down to simple terms for the business and stakeholders, ability to pass a background check (degree & PMP verification included), respectful demeanor, professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3 5 active IT projects simultaneously, depending on scope and complexity
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, timelines, and progress tracking
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain detailed meeting minutes, notes, and action items
  • Maintain RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Track project budgets, cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Lead teams through project scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Drive adherence to SDLC methodologies and infrastructure/application project standards
  • Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and project updates
