We're looking for a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead the rollout of SAP across multiple business units. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle-planning through delivery-while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience with SAP (experience leading efforts around the FICO and SD modules preferred) and a history of delivering complex SAP projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP projects from start to finish
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and teams
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and staffing
  • Track progress and keep leadership informed of risks and issues
  • Align SAP solutions with business needs and compliance standards
  • Manage internal teams and external consultants
  • Oversee training, communication, and change management
  • Ensure projects follow governance, methodology, and quality standards
  • Run meetings, workshops, and presentations for business and IT teams
  • Act as the bridge between business units and SAP technical teams
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and/or SD modules
  • Experience with full SAP implementations or upgrades
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Preferred:
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Familiarity with third-party system integrations
