Job description

  • To provide safe transportation throughout the Opry plaza for guests who require assistance.
  • Meets and greets all team members/guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Exudes exemplary customer service and consistently maintains a positive attitude
  • Responsible for escorting guests who require assistance throughout the Opry plaza
  • Ensures the golf cart is properly attended to, stored, cleaned, and charged
  • Maintains current knowledge of operational hours, security, and facility grounds
  • Adheres to all workplace safety requirements at all times
  • Assists in providing breaks for Facility Host staff as needed
  • Reports any concerns or maintenance items to Management
  • Provides world class service and hospitality utilizing the Ryman Hospitality Properties Service Basic tools
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience
  • 6 months experience in a customer service role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated team player, self starter

Licenses / Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record required
