Description:Join Our Team as a RV Parts Advisor Extraordinaire!


Do you know your converters from your couplers? Can you find a water pump faster than most people find their keys? We're looking for an RV Parts Advisor with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to keep our RV parts inventory running smoother than a brand-new Class A coach on cruise control.


What You’ll Do:
  • Manage RV Parts Inventory – Track, organize, and reorder everything from slide-out seals to solar kits with precision.
  • Anticipate Needs – Stay ahead of demand by proactively forecasting stock needs across service and sales departments.
  • Support Customers & Techs – Assist RV owners and service technicians with locating, ordering, and understanding the right parts.
  • Order Coordination – Work directly with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely part deliveries and accurate invoicing.
  • Promote & Upsell – Recommend compatible upgrades and create compelling RV parts promotions for retail customers.
Requirements:


What You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an RV parts department, dealership, or service center preferred
  • Working knowledge of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
