We are a growing RV dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department and help drive profitability, organization, and customer satisfaction.

 

Position Summary

The RV Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, sales, staff management, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and control shrinkage
  • Order parts and accessories based on demand and seasonality
  • Monitor margins, pricing, and departmental profitability
  • Lead, train, and develop parts staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service for retail and service customers
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure parts availability
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient parts storage areas
  • Handle vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when applicable
  • Track KPIs and produce regular performance reports
 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in parts management (RV, automotive, marine, or similar industry preferred)
