About the Role:
Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused RV Parts Specialist to join our team in Greer, SC! If you have a passion for the RV lifestyle and love helping people find exactly what they need, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories
  • Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts department
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs
  • Research and source hard-to-find or special-order RV components
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV parts catalogs, manufacturer updates, and industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in RV parts, automotive parts, or a related powersports/dealership environment preferred
  • Familiarity with RV systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and structural components
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use parts lookup software and dealership management systems
