Camp Host/Assistant Manager
Seasonal Community Support (Workamper)
Pine Pond Homes Petoskey, MI
Seasonal Position (Now - End of November)

Love the outdoors? Enjoy meeting people and staying active? We're looking for a dependable, friendly Workamper to join our team at Pine Pond Homes in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan. This position is ideal for someone who wants to live on-site while helping maintain a welcoming community and assisting with daily operations.
Compensation & Housing
$15.00 per hour (W-2 payroll)
FREE RV SITE - Must pay utilities! 15-20 hours per week
Opportunity to transition into a full-time, year-round position for the right person.
Position Responsibilities
Camp Host / Assistant Manager
Welcome residents and guests with exceptional customer service.
Build positive relationships with both manufactured home and RV residents.
Listen to customer concerns and help find solutions.
Assist with daily community operations as needed.
Be a friendly, visible presence throughout the community.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working outdoors.
Able to communicate effectively with guests, contractors, and team members.
Experienced in campground, RV park, maintenance, construction, or customer service (preferred but not required).
