Join Our Summer Camp Aquatics Team!
Camp Watchaug | Charlestown, RI | Summer 2026
Spend your summer on the water at Camp Watchaug, located right on scenic Watchaug Pond! We're hiring passionate and safety-minded Aquatics Staff for the 2026 summer season:
  • Lifeguards
  • Boating Director
  • Waterfront Director

Seasonal Commitment:
June-August | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
(Some flexibility available)
Qualifications:
  • Must be 15+ (Director roles preferred 21+)
  • Current RI Surf or Non-Surf Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain before start)
  • CPR/First Aid & Boating Safety certifications required for some roles
  • Strong swimmer with experience supervising aquatic activities
  • Comfortable leading, teaching, and ensuring safety around water
  • Prior waterfront/camp experience strongly preferred for directors
