Job Description
The project needs a hands-on SMM / Growth Content Manager to build and grow social media almost from scratch. Accounts exist, but there is no meaningful audience yet; there is a website, educational products, and a need to generate leads through social channels.
The mail goal - Audience growth and leads that convert into educational program purchases
Role mission - Build a system for attracting Russian-speaking entrepreneurs globally through Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram, turning content, small-budget paid promotion, and nurture mechanics into followers, leads, and educational program purchases.
Part-time initially, with potential transition to full-time
Key responsibilities
SMM strategy - Develop strategy from scratch; define audience, build content funnels for educational products.
Content and creative - Ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels and Telegram; hooks, scripts, CTAs; repurposing founder expertise into short-form content.
Performance and ads - Launch Meta Ads from scratch, test audiences, creatives, offers on a small budget; basic analytics and UTM setup.
Organic growth - Growth from scratch, Reels/Shorts, Telegram nurture, lead magnets, collaborations and micro-influencers.
AI-first workflow - Use ChatGPT, Claude, Canva/Figma, CapCut and other AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, copy, visuals and analysis.
Analytics - Weekly analysis of reach, follows, clicks, leads, CPL, CTR, CPC and lead quality; insights and next steps.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an independent SMM/growth specialist who combines strategy, creativity, performance thinking, expert-content production, and an AI-first approach. They do not just manage accounts; they build a user journey from first touch to purchase.
Thinks in chains: goal -> hypothesis -> content -> channel -> metric -> insight.
Can operate with a small budget and without a large team.
Uses AI as a workflow, not as a one-off text generator.
Understands entrepreneurial audiences and educational products.

Experience growing Instagram from zero or near-zero.
Understanding Reels and YouTube Shorts as reach channels.
