Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to grow alongside an expanding firm, with room to take on increasing responsibility over time. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a personal injury law firm and is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Russian/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide litigation support throughout all phases of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Draft, prepare, and finalize demand packages and settlement demands
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients regarding case status and next steps
  • Communicate with medical providers to obtain records, bills, and liens
  • Correspond with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel as directed by attorneys
  • Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, correspondence, and pleadings
  • Draft and prepare documents
  • Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court filing dates
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit and witness organization
  • Coordinate with clients in both English and Russian as needed
