We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a salary of $180,000/year to manage both professional and personal tasks for a high-level executive.
We need a candidate with a strong corporate background, capable of handling business-related and personal tasks.

Sunshine Express specializes in property management, offering a comprehensive range of services - from daily maintenance to project development and renovations. Our expertise ensures seamless property operations, allowing clients to focus on their core business while we handle the rest.

You Are the Perfect Fit If You Have:
•  3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
•  Strong mathematical and analytical skills - ability to manage budgets and analyze efficiency.
•  Bilingual proficiency (Russian and English) with excellent written and verbal communication.
•  A reliable vehicle, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
•  Discretion and ability to handle confidential tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:
•  Overseeing the execution of personal and business initiatives for the executive (investments, real estate, legal matters).
•  Conducting financial analysis of income and expenses.
•  Liaising with attorneys, financial advisors, and business partners as a trusted representative of the executive.
•  Preparing analytical reports to support decision-making (e.g., contract comparisons, project statistics).
•  Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, invoices, and legal agreements. 
•  Auditing external contractors (e.g., evaluating service costs, reviewing contracts based on data).

•  Competitive salary: $180,000 per year. 
•  Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 
•  Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation + 7 paid holidays.
