Both roles typically require certifications like CPR and coaching credentials, and they work in gyms, sports clubs, or independently. The terms are often used interchangeably, but 'Run Coach' may suggest a broader approach beyond just running technique. Understanding these distinctions helps athletes choose the right professional for their goals.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Run Coach, and why are they important?
