Energize Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing and Operations Manager to lead a crucial set of operational teams within the agency. This pivotal role requires a strong blend of broad digital marketing expertise, operational excellence, and exceptional people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency and growth across multiple client-facing and internal service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a small team of employees, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for several core agency functions.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, improve client satisfaction, and drive strong ROI for our clients across all service areas.
