Summary/Duties:
(
Responsible for performing press operations according to specified daily work orders by performing the following duties.)
  • Operates production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Conducts secondary operations as required including hand trimming, cleaning, packaging, and post-curing of the company's products in accordance with Training, Work Instructions, and Procedures,
  • Meets production quantity and quality levels per work order.
  • Collaborates with a lead person regarding pre-press functions and operation of machines as needed.
  • Inspects produced parts to ensure a continuous quality level and reports discrepancies immediately to the lead person.
  • Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures on a daily basis.
  • Detects and reports discrepancies on machine malfunctions promptly to the lead person.
  • Package and transport the produced parts as needed to the next operation.
  • Maintains machines and work area clean at all times.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
