Rocky Top Vapor, the Tri-Cities' first and original vape shop, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Greeneville location. Since 2011, we've been dedicated to improving the lives of adult smokers by offering premium vapor products and exceptional customer service. If you're ready to be part of a team that makes a difference, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. - Educating customers about our premium e-liquids and vapor products. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. - Handling transactions accurately and efficiently. - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide expert recommendations. - Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking ForTo excel in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role. - Basic knowledge of vaping/electronic cigarettes to assist and educate customers effectively. - A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills. - Must be 21+ years of age to comply with industry regulations. - A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the vaping industry.
