Job Description

The Vapor Shoppe is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a relaxed retail environment, and contributing to a clean, well-organized store.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales through product knowledge and positive customer interactions.

We are hiring for all of our locations including:

  • Troy
  • Madison Heights
  • Southfield
  • Novi
  • Farmington Hills
  • Clinton Township
  • Chesterfield
  • Rochester Hills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and questions
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
  • Accurately process sales and handle transactions
  • Assist with restocking and general store upkeep
  • Follow all store policies and procedures

Schedule

  • Full shifts: 13-hour shifts
  • Half shifts: 5–7 hour shifts
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Full-time positions offered
  • Weekend Availability is a plus
