Now Hiring: Machine Operator I
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $16/hr
Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Some Saturdays as needed
    Type: Temp-to-Hire
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing and learn a new skill set. You’ll be trained to operate equipment and support production of rubber products in a team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Set up mixing line for daily production (check temps, ensure safe operation)
  • Stage and restock raw materials as needed
  • Weigh materials and assist with rubber mixing/processing
  • Inspect product and help with minor corrections under supervision
  • Complete basic production paperwork
  • Assist with equipment cleaning and general maintenance
  • Support packaging and shipment prep
  • Safely load/unload materials from skids
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
  • Entry-level – no experience required (manufacturing is a plus)
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Good communication and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to problem-solve and follow directions
Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain forklift certification
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
