Job description


Rubber Mixing Operators are needed to read and understand line-up, mill specifications, digital scale, lift 50 to 90 pounds, and package and wrap rubber material. There are openings on both first and third shifts with overtime when needed.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have the ability to package and wrap rubber material, must be able to read and understand line-up, mill specifications, and digital scale, must be comfortable working in a hot environment in the summer, raw materials, and dirt, must be able to understand quality, group interaction, and teamwork, must have good organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills, must be able to lift 50 to 90 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, must have steel toed boots, must be dependable, and must be able to abide by all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Knowledge of Rubber is preferred but is not required.
