We're Hiring: Equipment Preparation Technician (On-Site RTP, NC)

Your Impact
As an Equipment Preparation Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing, testing, calibrating, and ensuring our equipment meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.
What You'll Do
  • Unpack and inspect incoming equipment and components
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks to meet company standards
  • Install and configure components based on order specifications
  • Test equipment to ensure full functionality before shipment
  • Safely and securely repackage equipment for delivery
  • Upgrade NCAT ovens with Ignition panels following set procedures
  • Conduct QC testing on upgraded ovens for safety and performance
  • Perform in-house calibration of customer equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and calibrations
  • Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Support warehouse, production, or technical teams as needed
