Job Summary:

The Replenishment Associate is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of raw materials, components, and consumables required for daily production operations. This role supports the assembly line by stocking, organizing, and replenishing inventory in designated work areas to maintain efficient workflow and minimize production downtime. When replenishment duties are completed, the Replenishment Associate will provide support to the Inventory Control team through cycle counts, labeling, inventory audits, and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor inventory levels at assembly line workstations and replenish products, materials, and components as needed throughout the day.
  • Organize and maintain inventory locations to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and workplace safety.
  • Transport materials between warehouse storage areas and production lines in a timely manner.
  • Ensure assembly line personnel have the necessary inventory and supplies to meet production schedules.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Create, apply, and maintain inventory labels, bin locations, and product identification materials.
  • Support inventory control initiatives by investigating discrepancies and assisting with inventory accuracy efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of replenishment activities and inventory movements when required.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse operating guidelines.
  • Assist with additional warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related projects during periods of reduced replenishment activity.
  • Collaborate with production, inventory control, and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
  • Follow SmartCap Health & Safety policies
  • Perform additional work-related duties as assigned

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to [50] pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and inventory counting skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing, or material handling environments.
  • Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Experience using scanners in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Physical Demands:

  • Almost continual standing or walking
  • Frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching
  • Frequent lifting and moving of materials
  • Ability to work in office and warehouse environments

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent work in a non-climate-controlled environment with seasonal temperature changes
  • Considerable exposure to noise levels from manufacturing equipment
