The Production Utility Support role assists the inbound production area with general shop and material support duties to ensure efficient workflow and organization. This is a hands-on support role responsible for maintaining production flow, supporting material availability, and keeping the work area organized and production-ready. 

• Assist with daily inbound activities including inspecting, staging, and delivering materials to appropriate production areas
• Support logistics and production teams to maintain steady workflow and material availability 
• Track incoming materials and notify supervisor of delays, shortages, or issues affecting production 
• Assist with proper staging and organization of materials for scheduled production builds 
• Support material movement and staging tasks to help maintain production flow 
• Maintain a clean and organized staging and material handling area 
• Assist with resolving inbound material-related issues under direction of leadership 

• Organizational and process skills
• Effective communication skill
• Physical fitness to lift and assemble products
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use hand tools
• High School education or equivalent

• Almost continual sitting
• Occasional kneeling, bending
• Considerable manual dexterity with hands
• Considerable amount of lifting and moving parts

• Almost continual work in a non-climate-controlled production environment, with seasonal temperature extremes hot or cold.
• Considerable exposure to noise levels conducive to a manufacturing department or heavy equipment.
• Occasional to frequent overtime.
