Gold Coast Linen is seeking a Route Service Specialist for our team. CDL is not required, however experience driving 26 foot box trucks is a must. Are you a passionate and committed individual with an excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities? We want the best talent to deliver our exceptional quality linens and provide our customers with excellent service. Each stop performed by a route service specialist is an opportunity to please our customers.

This is a 100% competitive commission plan, with a minimum gross weekly income of $900.00. As your route grows, your weekly compensation increases.

What you'll do

As a Route Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering our exceptional quality linens to customers, collecting soiled linens, managing customer inventory, providing extraordinary service, and generating additional sales.

  • Ensure that health and safety are the number one priority by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and processes and always working safely.
  • Complete scheduled deliveries of completed textiles on time and pick up soiled textiles. Also, verify the inventory for each location.
  • Manage and process customer payments; complete all required documentation and route paperwork.
  • Generate and capture leads from customers for new products and services.
  • Sell other products that we offer through existing accounts.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction at the time of service.
  • Drive vehicles safely, according to all applicable laws and company policies. Maintain a clean vehicle and inspect it daily.
  • Ensure that each customer bag is tagged. Unload soiled textiles from your route to the receiving area of the facility.

What you'll need?

  • At least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license remains active.
  • Two years of driving experience with (18 to 26 ft trucks) or similar.
  • Have a driving record free of speeding or safety violations, and suspensions.
  • Pass a successful background screening, MVR, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Excellent vehicle operating skills and have a verifiable minimum of two years of safe and successful driving experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English. Ability to understand and follow instructions, effectively manage time, and demonstrate action-based teamwork.
