Job Summary

  • $21 / hour starting wage (higher wage available for candidates with experience
  • Schedule: 6am - 6:30pm, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off *SEE BELOW FOR SCHEDULE ROTATION
  • Location: 16800 SE Evelyn ST, Clackamas, OR
  • 3 weeks of PTO to start
  • Plus 9 floating holidays each year

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind.
  • Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
  • Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
  • Stop or resets machines when malfunctions occur.
  • Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work with the team to determine root cause of the problem.
  • Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Complete required production paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling processes a plus
  • Prior experience with production paperwork a plus
