Job description

Assistant Intermediate Care Facility Program Manager full time position will work at ICF-IID home for individuals whose primary diagnosis is intellectual and developmental disabilities in Martinsville, VA. Position will assist Program Manager in providing supervision and development to other staff as well as ensure the program operates effectively. Duties include auditing resident records to ensure compliance, assisting in ensuring the program plan identifying active treatment of the residents. Must have the ability to work on a diverse team and have shift flexibility to work rotating shifts weekly. Associate's Degree preferred. At least five-years of documented Residential experience working directly with individuals with ID/DD or other developmental disability. At least one year of supervisory experience. Experience in human services field with knowledge of ICF-IID policies. Must exhibit good documentation skills as well as proficiency using computers. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Salary commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
