What You’ll Do:

The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

• Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality
• Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed
• Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment
• Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders
• Maintain quality standards and production records
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Experience operating machinery and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred

What You May Be Doing:

• Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift
• Lifting and moving up to 40 lbs
• Working flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Operating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily
