Participants join as full-time associates, gaining broad exposure across the organization while being supported through intentional development, mentorship, and a strong cohort experience.
Program Overview
The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is ideal for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their development while building digital, technical, and leadership capabilities in a global organization.
Kohler Co.'s Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is designed to accelerate the growth of emerging digital talent through a broad range of hands-on experiences across Kohler's Digital organization. As a full-time associate, you will contribute to meaningful business initiatives while developing leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and business acumen through a structured rotational experience. The program is intended for individuals who are passionate about technology, innovation, and the role digital capabilities play in shaping the future of business.
The DLDP is a 24-month program consisting of four six-month rotations across Kohler Digital. Rotations are intentionally structured to build upon one another, providing participants with broad exposure to Kohler's business, global teams, and digital capabilities while developing the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed for long-term success. While participants have opportunities to influence their development journey based on their interests and strengths, the program provides a structured framework that aligns rotational experiences with future business needs and future placement opportunities within Kohler Digital.
In addition to rotational assignments, participants join a cohort of Leadership Development Program associates from across the enterprise. Through shared onboarding experiences, leadership development programming, networking events, and learning opportunities, associates build meaningful relationships with peers while gaining exposure to different functions, perspectives, and areas of the business.
What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to strategic digital initiatives and projects that create meaningful business impact across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with digital, technology, and business teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and help deliver innovative solutions.
  • Gain experience across multiple areas of Kohler Digital through four structured rotational assignments that build technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities while preparing you for future placement opportunities within Kohler Digital.
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and geographies, building experience within a global organization.
  • Learn new technologies, platforms, applications, and ways of working while continuously expanding your digital skillset and professional capabilities.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and support enterprise priorities.
  • Develop leadership capabilities through mentorship, coaching, professional development experiences, and exposure to senior leaders.
  • Present recommendations, project outcomes, and business insights to leaders and stakeholders throughout the program.


Program Structure & Experiences
Kohler's Leadership Development Programs are designed as two-year, full-time rotational experiences that provide broad exposure to the business while accelerating leadership readiness. Participants complete 4 cross-functional rotations, each lasting 6 months, where they contribute to impactful work aligned to business priorities.
Beyond on-the-job experience, participants engage in a structured, enterprise-wide development journey that includes:

  • A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
  • Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
  • Exposure to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Opportunities to build community through a cohort-based experience and networking events

The program culminates in a formal graduation experience, positioning participants for strategic placement into full-time roles aligned to their strengths, interests, and business priorities.

Skills/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Must have obtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution no later than June 2027
  • Degree concentration in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Information Sciences, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Digital Technology, or a related field.
  •  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
