Work Arrangement

You'll be working at the Ford Credit Canada headquarters in Oakville, ON for a minimum of four days per week, with your schedule structured around a 40-hour work week across five days, providing in-office collaboration and remote work. 

For specific positions, you will be required to work on rotating shifts, including evenings (Monday-Friday, up to 9:00 p.m. EST), some holidays, and Saturdays (up to 8:00 p.m. EST).

  • Upon completion of the program, you must be willing to relocate to one of our key field locations across Canada (Relocation assistance will be provided)

The expected annual salary for this Ford Credit Canada position is $65,242.00 - $70,770.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our quarterly Flexible Bonus Rewards program.

Program Rotations
The program is designed for recent post-secondary graduates to fast-track your career in automotive finance through various internal rotations.

Rotation 1: Business Center Operations: Develop a proficient understanding of the automotive finance industry, including:

  • Credit underwriting for consumer and commercial line of credit customers.
  • Financial analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Customer service best practices.
  • Negotiation and relationship-management skills through direct and daily communication with dealership partners.


Rotation 2: Sales Operations: Enhance your operational knowledge and build core competencies of our dealer-facing sales team, including:

  • Performance consulting and relationship management.
  • Communication skills.
  • Financial analysis and risk management.

The program is designed for recent post-secondary graduates to fast-track your career in automotive finance through various internal rotations:
