Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a staff pharmacist for a community focused outpatient pharmacy setting. This role offers a collaborative environment, operational involvement, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple rural communities.
Position Overview
The staff pharmacist provides direct customer service while assisting the pharmacy director in all aspects of pharmacy operations. This role includes oversight of medication management processes, guiding pharmacy technicians, and supporting initiatives that drive quality care and operational efficiency.
Schedule
โข Rotating schedule based on pharmacy hours of operation
โข Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm
โข Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm
โข Evening shifts required
โข Alternating weekends
Compensation

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
โข Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Maine
โข PharmD or master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
โข Previous pharmacy experience in healthcare, retail, or specialty preferred
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Ability to build relationships with healthcare teams and community partners
โข Comfortable working in a fast paced outpatient pharmacy setting
