Job description

The Customer Applications Developer will independently manage a range of technical tasks, including implementing enhancements, performing upgrades, and delivering maintenance fixes to meet project requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving complex issues, leveraging strong troubleshooting skills to conduct thorough root cause analysis. Their ability to communicate technical challenges clearly and escalate concerns early will be essential to smooth project delivery and risk mitigation. Creative problem-solving-especially when resources or options are limited-will be a crucial part of their daily responsibilities.

Hands-on experience with modern tools and processes is a must. The candidate should be comfortable using Python for backend development, React for building user interfaces, and AI technologies to deliver intelligent solutions. Familiarity with infrastructure automation via Terraform and DevOps practices will be valuable for managing deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code. Proficiency with Git version control systems and GitHub, as well as continuous integration and deployment workflows using CI/CD and GitHub Actions, is required. Exposure to Claude code is considered a bonus and will further enhance their effectiveness in our environment.

The Work

  • Independently developing, enhancing, upgrading, and maintaining software solutions based on requirements
  • Collaborating using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
  • Utilizing Python, React, AI, Terraform, and related technologies in daily development
  • Managing code repositories using Git and GitHub
  • Proactively troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex technical issues
  • Creatively solving problems and delivering solutions with limited resources or options
  • Escalating issues early to ensure timely mitigation
  • Effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to team members

What you need

  • 2-3 years of experience with Python, React, Git
  • Basic knowledge of GenAI

Bonus if you have

  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • CI/CD, and DevOps
  • At least 1 year of experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with Claude code
