What you’ll do
  • Lead root cause failure analyses and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and apply analysis methods to determine component and equipment reliability.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) program execution and effectiveness; identify gaps and implement fixes.
  • Provide leadership and technical support to build a proactive maintenance service function.
  • Leverage the equipment downtime database to uncover trends and premature failures; implement and track action plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement equipment changes that improve reliability, productivity, efficiency, and quality yield.
  • Participate in daily meetings to accelerate continuous improvement and meet productivity targets.
What you bring Education
  • Associate degree with relevant education required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in Engineering or a similar technical discipline
Technical background
  • Hands-on experience with AC and DC variable speed drives
  • Exposure to low and high voltage AC/DC circuits
  • Experience with HVAC systems and regulatory compliance (plus)
  • Experience with Fanuc robots and robotic cells (plus)
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, RCFA, Pareto analysis, 5Y, %s, SPC, CMS, and standardized work instructions (plus)
Core competencies
