Job description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Operates a cash register.
  • Collects cash, credit/debit, comps and room charge payments from guests.
  • Greets and escorts guests to dining tables.
  • Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and Company and departmental standards.
  • Responds to customers’ special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty.
  • Counts money and balances bank with cage.
  • Completes and submits transaction reports and documentation.
  • Answers phones; directs calls and/or provides dining information upon request.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions: 

  • Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events.
  • Provides room service.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: Previous cash handling experience.
  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
