Job Overview
Five Points Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both assessing leaks and executing residential roof repairs, and will have demonstrated ability in both technical skills and problem solving abilities.
What you'll do:
  • Perform roof repairs for residential properties, including leak detection and shingle replacement
  • Develops estimates for various repair projects
  • Orders parts and materials for repair jobs
  • Inspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staff
  • Knowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles, metal, rubber, TPO, EPDM, etc
  • Assess roof conditions and recommend solutions to homeowners
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned, including assisting with roof inspections and minor installations
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in roofing repair or installation
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, especially asphalt shingles
  • Ability to diagnose and fix leaks, flashing issues, and other common roofing problems
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
