Description
The Client Advisor will manage client accounts and portfolios, coordinating with client or designated facility point of contact to schedule service or projects, advising clients on available services and value to client facilities based on necessities. Client Advisor is not required to bring roofing or construction experience, and can be trained. This role suits an organized, energetic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to nurture client relationships, embodying Roofing Source’s values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build new relationships with multi-site building owners across the U.S.
  • Identify key decision-makers, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned markets.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships and accounts.
  • Position RoofingSource as a trusted strategic partner, not just a vendor.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with leads, activities, and opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients to drive engagement.
  • Visit clients and attend industry trade shows to expand network and visibility.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
