Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Contractor to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have experience managing residential and/or commercial roofing projects, we'd love to hear from you!


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Applicants MUST possess a valid Contractor License.

Applications without an active contractor license will not be considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Inspect roofs and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
  • Coordinate crews, materials, and project timelines.
  • Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and project managers.
  • Perform roof inspections, estimates, and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Contractor License (REQUIRED)
  • 3+ years of roofing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of various roofing systems including shingle, tile, TPO, metal, and flat roofs.
  • Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
