As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind TIMEPROOFUSA and each roofing project's success, ensuring a seamless experience for our homeowners from contract to completion. You'll take up after every project post point of sale by coordinating schedules, managing crews, communicating with clients, and upholding TIMERPOOF's standard of quality and excellence every step of the way!

What You'll Do

  • Oversee roofing projects from start to finish including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they stay informed throughout their project.
  • Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track job progress, and handle change orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful handoffs and flawless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update project information in CRM (i.e Salesforce) and internal systems.
