We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage reroofing roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.

The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and manage several residential reroofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion.
  • Directly manage crews assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
  • Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
