As a Field Marketing Event Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping fuel our growth by identifying, securing, and coordinating local events that generate qualified homeowner leads. From home shows and community festivals to sponsorships and local partnerships, you'll ensure our Field Marketing team has a strong presence in every market we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify local fairs, festivals, home shows, sporting events, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified event opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Evaluate events based on attendance, target audience, cost, and overall marketing value.
  • Negotiate booth fees, sponsorship packages, and event participation costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and community partners.
  • Complete event applications, registrations, contracts, permits, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate certificates of insurance (COIs), event deadlines, deposits, and payment schedules.
  • Plan event logistics including booth locations, tents, electricity, parking, setup/teardown schedules, and staffing requirements.
  • Maintain organized event calendars and communicate event details with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Field Marketing teams to maximize local market opportunities.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, marketing, customer service, administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
