Job description

We're looking to hire several talented roofers in the Murrieta/Temecula Area!

Our business is growing and we're looking to bring on several part time, as needed employees. We offer competitive hourly rates and are looking for dependable experienced roofers for new construction and repair work.

Roofer- Qualifications

-Must have at least 5 years of experience minimum in residential roofing (tile and composition shingle)

-Must be comfortable on various roof surfaces

-Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly , repeated bending, climbing, kneeling etc.

-Must be able to climb a ladder safely

-Must be a team player

-Must be reliable

-Must have a Valid California Divers License

-Must have your own transportation and tools (truck preferred, gas reimbursement possible)

Job description

-Make repairs to damaged/improperly installed tile and compositions shingle roofs.

-Install new roofing systems in accordance with construction guidelines as described in work orders and plans, and any applicable federal, state, and local codes or regulations.

-Roof system installation includes but is not limited to the installation of the following items: Plywood Sheathing, Underlayments, Drip Edge Metal, Vent Pipe Flashings, Hip and Ridge Boards, Facia, Sheet Metal (Roof-to-Wall, Z-Bar, Tile-Pan/J Metal, Valleys, Crickets, Attic Vents, Step Shingles) Starter Shingles, Shingles (3-Tab, Dimensional, Presidential etc.), Tile, Batten systems (horizontal and vertical), Plastic and Mortar Weather Blocking, Mortar Caps at Hip/Ridge/Rake, Sealing all Vent Pipes Properly, Painting.

-Identifying leak sources.

-Repairing Leaks.

-Inspecting roofs for damage or improper installation techniques.

-Abide by all company and OSHA safety regulations.

-Follow detailed instructions from supervisor to complete roofing projects on time.
