Responsibilities


  • Roofing System Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify leaks, damages, and potential issues. Document findings and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions.
  • Roof Repair and Maintenance: Perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including patching leaks, replacing damaged roofing materials, and resealing seams to extend the lifespan and functionality of the roofing system.
  • Roofing Installation: Assist in the installation of new commercial roofing systems, collaborating with the installation team to ensure proper execution according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on rooftops or elevated surfaces. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
  • Customer Service: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering exceptional customer service during roofing service visits.
