Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for evaluating roofing service projects, performing site assessments, interpreting blueprints/specifications, and preparing accurate cost estimates for repair and maintenance work on commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to assess roof condition, identify issues, and determine scope of service work
  • Analyze repair needs and develop cost-effective solutions for commercial roof maintenance and service jobs
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
  • Review drawings, specifications, and other project documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with service technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure proper scope and pricing
  • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and contracts in a timely manner
  • Track and manage multiple estimates simultaneously with attention to deadlines
  • Maintain detailed records of all estimates and follow up with clients as needed
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Stay informed on current roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry standards

Qualifications:
