Commercial Roofing Sales Representative - Construction - Base Salary to 80k/year - Atlanta, GA

  • Our client, a growing commercial roofing contractor specializing in multifamily, condominium, and commercial roofing systems, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support continued expansion in the Metro Atlanta market. This role offers a strong existing pipeline, high earning potential, and a clear path to leadership within the organization.
  • This position is focused on developing and managing relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial associations, while driving revenue through both existing accounts and new business development. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and requires local travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert an existing sales pipeline while generating new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
    • Property managers
    • HOA boards
    • Multifamily and commercial associations
  • Conduct onsite visits and client meetings across the Metro Atlanta territory (up to 50% travel)
  • Attend networking events and proactively generate leads
  • Deliver proposals, presentations, and roofing system recommendations
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling within the commercial roofing industry (multifamily, HOA, or commercial segments)
  • Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management
  • Experience selling to property managers, HOAs, or commercial associations

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 60k - 80k/year range
